1. Description of Goods
1.1 Every care is taken in the production of our pottery 1.2 Sizes given are approximate 1.3 As each piece is handmade, we cannot supply identical pieces of pottery 1.4 Glazes may vary slightly due to kiln conditions and the fact that we use natural materials in their manufacture 1.5 Goods remain the property of Muddy Fingers Pottery until paid for in full by the customer
2. Pricing
2.1 Prices are correct at time of publishing 2.2 Postage and packing is included in the total price 2.3 Muddy Fingers Pottery advise of the total price when ordering 2.4 Muddy Fingers Pottery is not VAT registered
3. Ordering
3.1 Please place your order through the shop pages 3.2 Orders will be dealt with individually 3.3 Your order will be sent within 7 days of payment being received
4. Payment
4.1 Payments must be made using Paypal. 4.2 All payments must be received before the orders are processed 4.3 Please note, you do not have to have an account with Paypal to be able to use the service. Paypal can process your debit and credit card payment without opening an account
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 You have 7 days in which to reconsider your purchase and cancel your order 5.2 Cancellation must be made via email to admin@muddyfingerspottery.com
6. Contract
6.1 When buying via email through the website, the contract entered into is legally binding
7. Statuatory Rights
7.1 Your statuatory rights are not affected by any of the terms and conditions set out on this website
8. Data protection
8.1 Any data you voluntarily provide to us will only be used by Muddy Fingers Pottery and never sold on to others 8.2 If you would like to receive our newsletter, please enter your email address on the relevant link
9. Complaints
9.1 Please notify us as soon as possible via email if you have a complaint 9.2 We will respond to your complaint promptly 9.3 Please tell us immediately if you are unhappy with your purchase 9.4 You have 7 days to change your mind from receiving your goods 9.5 We will accept returned goods in 'as new' condition and the buyer must pay for postage and packing on this. 9.6 If the product gets damaged in the post or is faulty, please email us as soon as possible to be dealt with swiftly.
