Comment: MMMmm Roast Garlic! Get a brie baker dish and cut the tops off 4-5 bulbs of Garlic. Place in the brie baker and drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper! Roast in the oven at 180c gas mark 3 for 15-20 mins. Pop the cloves out onto french bread and devour mmmmmmmmm. These popped cloves can be stored in a jar, cover the cloves with olive oil and keep in the fridge. Hey you could even use them with Baked Brie! Enjoy Marv ;P

Comment: The Dutch are very fond of a combination of goats' cheese and honey, often with walnuts as well. You get it in e.g. salads, toasted sandwiches; it is very nice indeed. This experiment with the brie-baker turned out pretty well: 1 round of soft goats' cheese Honey Broken walnut pieces Put the cheese in the brie-baker, drizzle over 1–2 teaspoons of honey, scatter with broken walnut pieces, then bake in oven at 180 degrees C for 15–20 minutes. Eat with crackers, breadsticks, or whatever.
