Cut the top off the cheese, spread Tapenade in the middle like a sandwich of cheese and tapenade filling.
Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbling at the edges.
Serve immediately with fresh hot bread, crostini, or crackers of your choice.

Baked Brie
1 x Wheel of Brie, from the fridge.
Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Serve immediately with hot bread, crostini, or crackers of your choice.
Baked Brie with Caramelized Onions
1 x Wheel of Brie, from the fridge.
¼ Cup of Butter
1 x Onion, sliced
1 x Granny smith type apple, peeled cored sliced
1 x Sheet of puff pastry
Melt butter in a pan with Onion, and Apple until tender and browned. Set to one side.
Lay Puff pastry in brie baker and place brie on top.
Spread the Onion /Apple mix on top. Fold Puff pastry
over the cheese and pinch closed.
Brush with butter and bake at 200°c for 20 mins.
Serve with crackers.
Baked Brie with Mashed Roast Garlic
1 x Wheel of Brie, from the fridge.
1 x Large Garlic Bulb
Olive oil to drizzle
Cut top off Garlic, so all bulbs are exposed, drizzle
with olive oil and bake in oven at 180°c for 1 hour.
Remove garlic from skin and mash with fork. Set aside.
Place cheese in Brie Baker and bake at 180°c for
15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Remove cheese from oven, spread mashed roast garlic on top, drizzle with olive oil and serve with warm French bread.
Baked Brie with Chutney
1 x Wheel of Brie, from the fridge.
½ Cup of Chutney
Place Cheese in Brie Baker.
Spread with Chutney bake at 180°c for 10 minutes, or until cheese is soft and warm.
Serve with crackers or warmed bread.
Baked Brie with Crispy Bacon and Spring Onion
1 x Wheel of Brie, from the fridge.
1 x Finely Chopped Spring Onion
4x Smoked or dry cure Streaky Bacon
1 or 2 tbspoons of Chutney
Fry or grill bacon till crispy and set aside to cool.
Place Cheese in Brie Baker and spead Chutney on top. Finely chop bacon and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Spring Onion and serve with your favourite crackers.
Baked Brie with Cranberries
1 x Wheel of Brie, from the fridge.
1 or 2 tbspoons of Cranberry sauce
Place Cheese in Brie Baker and spead Chutney on top.
Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and serve with hot bread and left over turkey or cold cuts.
Baked Brie Polynesian Style
1 x Wheel of Brie, from the fridge.
1 x red Pepper chopped and deseeded.
2 x Jalapeno peppers (or chopped from a jar).
1x Mango chopped (or from a tin or jar).
1x Juice of lime
½ Cup of chopped roast Almonds
Place Cheese in Brie Baker and cut a circle in the middle of the cheese out, leaving a 1 inch border or rind, and scoop out this cheese. Bake cheese at 180°c for 15 minutes or until soft and bubbly.
Mean while Chop cheese and place in a bowl with the Peppers, Mango, and Lime juice.
Remove Brie baker and replace in cheese/ pepper mix in the middle and sprinkle with roast Almonds.
Serve immediately with hot bread, crostini, or crackers of your choice.
Baked Brie with Sundried Tomatoes & Basil
1 x Wheel of Brie, from the fridge.
¼jar of sundried tomatoes
¼ jar of pesto
Cut the top off the cheese, spread pesto on top of cheese.
Place sundried tomatoes in a neat slightly overlapping pattern on the cheese and pesto.
Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Serve immediately with hot bread, crostini, or crackers of your choice.
Baked Brie with Pears
1 x Wheel of Brie, from the fridge.
1 or 2 Pears sliced length ways and deseeded
1 tablespoon of Honey
Place Cheese in Brie Baker and drizzle Honey on top.
Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and serve with pear slices.
