APPLE BAKER



Baked Apple

One apple Cored and scored around the middle with a sharp knife.
Fruit juice (shot glass full 25ml)
Knob or pat of butter.

Serve with Options:
Honey or maple syrup to drizzle.
Chopped Nuts ( walnuts and the likes).
Oats toasted, dry fry for a few moments.
Cinnamon sprinkled on top.
Natural yoghurt or thick cream like clotted cream (any will do).
Egg Custard.

Place apple on ceramic spike in the Apple Baker.
Pour over splash of Juice (about 2cm in the bottom).
Place pat or knob of butter in the apple hole.
Drizzle with Honey or syrup (
Optional: if you fancy) and nuts.
Place in cool oven and bake to 200c or gas mark 4 or 400f. for 20 -25 mins.
Serve with Natural Yoghurt, icecream, cream egg custard or thick clotted cream.





Stoneware Pottery Care:
Only place pots in a cool oven never preheat oven, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. Pots remain hot after heating please take care.
